A Modern Batcave: Technology Behind the Scene. This extraordinary residence reimagines the idea of a private car space as a cinematic experience. Beneath a mondern exterior lies a fully immersive, Batman-inspired parking environment designed not just for storage, but for atmosphere.

At the core of the system is Control4, acting as the main control layer and interfacing seamlessly with a grandMA3 lighting system. While Control4 manages overall integration, the grandMA3 is responsible for executing all lighting scenes within the parking space, which accommodates six vehicles. This allows for dynamic, show-style environments that can transform the space at the touch of a button or location based.

A standout feature is the ceiling installation: 286 RGBW-controllable tiles, arranged in a precise grid of 13 rows by 22 tiles. These custom-manufactured elements, developed by S&S Elektrodesign / KARO using SR-2108 modules, create a highly flexible lighting canvas capable of complex color gradients, animations, and mood settings.

The physical lighting outputs are managed by Luminex Luminodes, ensuring reliable and high-performance signal distribution. In addition, the grandMA3 system is integrated with DANTE audio, enabling synchronized soundscapes that enhance the immersive experience.

The result is more than just a garage - it’s a fully programmable environment where light and sound work together to create a unique, cinematic atmosphere tailored to the owner’s vision.
